A Time for Harmony campaign
Like most performing arts organizations, Lacuna Arts relies on the support of donors like you to help us keep our concerts and educational workshops accessible to the widest audience. Your financial contribution will help us continue to provide professional quality musical training to amateur singers, to keep our membership dues and ticket prices affordable, and to present our workshops free of charge to the general public. Since our inception, no one has been turned away from a performance or workshop for lack of funds. We are proud to report that over 80% of our annual budget goes toward supporting local performing artists, with the bulk of our remaining funds covering necessities like insurance, venue rentals, and advertising costs.
As of December 10, 2016 we are only $4,000 away from our goal, but we need your help. As an added incentive, for every dollar donated to Lacuna Arts between now and December 25, 2016 our members will make a matching gift** to an advocacy group or charitable organization such as ACLU Foundation, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, The Trevor Project, International Refugee Assistance Project
Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and Natural Resources Defense Council.

**Qualifying tax-deductible donations to Lacuna Arts: A Time For Harmony campaign received between December 10 and December 24, 2016 will be matched with a gift to selected nonprofit charitable organizations up to $5,000 by our singing members.
